Refund Policy

Because each Sasha Luna piece is handcrafted to order and often created in a chosen size, material, or finish, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

In accordance with Article VI.53 of Belgian economic law and European consumer regulations, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a manufacturing defect or issue is confirmed, the piece will be repaired, adjusted, or remade where appropriate at no additional cost.

Please note that slight variations in texture, finish, stone colour, or handcrafted details are part of the nature of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

As all Sasha Luna jewellery is made to order and often personalised to the client’s specifications, pieces cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:

  • change of mind
  • preference changes after production
  • normal signs of wear over time

Sale items, gift cards, and commissioned bespoke pieces are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing, materials, or finishes, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to guide you.

Sizing Issues

If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to guide you.

If a ring arrives in a size different from the one originally confirmed in your order, resizing will of course be carried out free of charge.

If the incorrect size was selected by the client, resizing may still be possible depending on the design. In this case, a small resizing fee may apply to cover labour and shipping costs. For solid gold pieces, resizing costs may vary further if additional gold is required to increase the size of the ring.

Repairs & Assistance

We deeply value craftsmanship and the longevity of each piece. If your jewellery experiences an issue related to production or craftsmanship, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Depending on the situation, repair services may be offered free of charge or at a reasonable cost.
