Each Sasha Luna piece is handcrafted to order.

Production times generally range between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece, materials, and current workload.

Bespoke or commissioned projects may require longer timelines.

Once completed, orders are shipped from Belgium.

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and shipping carriers.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply.

These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sasha Luna is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
