All Sasha Luna pieces are handcrafted and made to order.
Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, finish, dimensions, stone colour, or handcrafted details may occur. These variations are part of the nature and uniqueness of handmade work and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display products, colours, and materials as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product.
Orders are only considered accepted once payment has been received and confirmed by Sasha Luna.
Because most Sasha Luna pieces are made to order and often personalised or created according to the customer’s specifications, orders cannot generally be cancelled once production has begun.
In accordance with Belgian and European consumer law, products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard withdrawal right.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or any other legitimate reason.
SECTION 4 — PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import charges outside Belgium or the European Union may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Estimated production and shipping times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, material availability, or workload.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, strikes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sasha Luna cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, product designs, paintings, logos, graphics, videos, branding, and website design, is the intellectual property of Sasha Luna and is protected under Belgian, European Union, and international intellectual property laws.
